Atom Enterprises (“Atom”, “we”, “us”) operates atomenterprises.net. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
We only collect what you type into our forms:
Our server also records standard technical data with each submission: IP address, user agent, referring page and a timestamp. This is used for spam prevention and troubleshooting.
If you sign up for the Factory Desk Briefing, you will receive one email a week. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately — we keep only a record that the address opted out, so we do not email you again by mistake.
Your submission is stored on our own hosting. Our team members who need it to answer your enquiry can see it. We use the following third-party services in the course of running the site:
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not run third-party analytics that profile you across other sites.
Enquiries and quotation records are kept for as long as needed to service the business relationship, and for our accounting records where legally required. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
You can ask us to:
Email contact@atomenterprises.net and we will action it.
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies necessary for its spam-check function.
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored outside the public web directory. No system is perfectly secure, but we restrict access to the data we hold.
